By using this website or engaging Timothy's Website ("we", "I", "us") for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

We provide website design, development, hosting coordination, and ongoing management services. The exact scope, timeline, and fees for any project are agreed separately in writing before work begins. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of a specific price.

Any revisions or edit requests within an agreed scope are completed within 24-48 hours on business days, unless a request requires new design work, new pages, or third-party approvals. Larger changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

• Provide accurate content, images, and brand assets you have the right to use.
• Respond to questions and review requests in a reasonable time.
• Maintain the accounts, domains, and services registered in your name.
• Use the site and services lawfully and not for harmful or infringing content.

Fees, schedules, and payment terms are set out in the proposal or invoice for your project. Work may be paused on overdue accounts. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the corresponding work has been performed.

On full payment, you own the final website content and custom design deliverables produced for you. We retain ownership of any underlying tools, frameworks, templates, and reusable code, and may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Projects may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, domain registrars, email, and analytics platforms. Those providers have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages, pricing changes, or policies.

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for work completed up to the cancellation date, and we will help hand off files and access for your site.

Services and this site are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, revenue, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to that claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the revision.
